Policies
- Mia is the single technician, so every treatment shares one calendar — appointments never overlap.
- A 10-minute reset follows every appointment for cleaning and setup.
- Office sessions run on weekdays, 09:00–17:00. Every appointment finishes by 17:00.
- Minimum office visit: £150 in total treatment spend across the session. Any shortfall is settled with the session organiser and is never added to an individual bill.
- Individual appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time.
- The office provides a desk, two chairs and access to power. Mia brings everything else.
- All prices in GBP and inclusive of any applicable tax. No travel charges are included.

- Is this a real booking?
- No. Desk & Polish is a fictional business in Groupbooka's demo portfolio. Reservations are stored only in your browser — nothing is booked or charged.
- Why can't two colleagues book the same time?
- Mia works alone, so all treatments share one calendar. Each appointment also includes a 10-minute reset before the next one can start.
- What does our office need to provide?
- A desk, two chairs and access to power. Mia brings the lamp, tools, polishes and everything else.
- What is the minimum office visit?
- £150 in total treatment spend across the session. The session tracker shows any shortfall, which is agreed with the organiser — it is never added to an individual colleague's bill.
- Can I change my appointment?
- Yes, up to 24 hours before your start time. After that, the appointment is locked.
- Can I add nail art to any treatment?
- Nail art (+10 min, £8) is available with Classic manicure or Gel manicure only.
- Are there travel charges?
- No travel charges are included in any price shown. All sample prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable tax.
